Healthcare Real Estate Manager

A healthcare institution is looking for a real estate manager to ensure that healthcare locations remain safe, pleasant, and future-proof places where residents feel at home. You will combine technology, project management, and social impact. Your work will make a difference every day for residents and colleagues.

What you will do.

  • You will take charge of a versatile real estate portfolio, from characteristic buildings to modern healthcare locations and small-scale residential facilities.
  • You will translate the multi-year maintenance plan into concrete maintenance and improvement projects.
  • You will manage major maintenance, preservation projects, and sustainability initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with care managers, facility teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • You will investigate how real estate can contribute more to well-being, safety, and social connection.
  • You will anticipate future care needs and prepare real estate accordingly.
  • You will have ample room to make independent choices and guide projects from start to finish.

Profile

  • Work experience: 3 - 5 years as a real estate advisor or similar role.

Practical

  • Your primary workplace is a characteristic building.
  • You will regularly be present at the locations to coordinate maintenance and real estate projects and monitor the quality of the buildings.
  • You will work in a dedicated real estate team where knowledge is actively shared, colleagues easily consult each other, personal initiative is valued, and there is room for independent decision-making.
  • Providing a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is part of the selection procedure.
