This agency focuses on future-oriented employee jobs, with a particular emphasis on highly qualified employee and management positions in various specialized fields such as Sales, Marketing, Business Support, Logistics, Purchase, Finance, HR, Technics & Engineering.
What you do
As a Recruiter & Brand Ambassador, you are the driving force behind finding and selecting the right professionals for clients. You fully focus on recruitment and selection and play an active role in the agency's online visibility.
- Thoroughly analyze vacancies and the corporate culture of clients
- Creatively write and publish attractive job descriptions
- Actively search for and approach candidates via databases, social media
- Screen CVs, conduct telephone and physical interviews
- Organize selection procedures (assessments, reference checks, etc.)
- Guide candidates through the entire application process
- Follow up on placements and ensure an optimal candidate experience
- Take initiative on social media: share vacancies, success stories, and employer branding content (e.g., on LinkedIn)
- Contribute to brainstorming campaigns and actions to increase the agency's visibility
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- First experience in recruitment or selection is a strong asset, but enthusiastic school leavers are also eligible
- Communicative, energetic, and creative mindset
- Affinity with social media (LinkedIn is a must, other channels are a plus)
- Ability to work independently, proactively
- Perfect knowledge of Dutch, fluent knowledge of French and English
- A true team player who wants to grow with colleagues
