The mission of the Finance and Administration Manager is to assist the organization in its growth and maintain healthy financial follow-up at different levels.
What you do
- Develop and manage the financial strategy of the organization in a context of growth and investment.
- Ensure proper follow-up on cash-flow management and risk assessment.
- Manage budget processes.
- Internal and external reporting.
- Support and advise the team on the financial side of projects, working with every member to identify levers that will improve margins and profitability.
- Full accounting of the organization with ad hoc external support.
- Specifically, you are in charge of royalties reporting and follow-up (quarterly).
- Analytic accounting.
- You are responsible for the different organization contracts, insurances, legal and tax matters.
- Handle payroll administration (hard HR).
- You are the contact person for the ERP system (Odoo) and ensure Odoo is working smoothly.
Profile
- 5-8 years of professional experience in auditing, accounting, and/or SME financial roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo, Excel.
- Proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to automate tasks, streamline processes, and improve financial workflows.
- You have a commercial approach, but understand the specificities of the engaged business model and art connections.
- You think long-term and implement processes.
- High level of integrity, trustworthy, able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in English (French is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and with autonomy.
- Knowledge/Interest about arts/entertainment/music/culture is a plus.
