What you will do.
- Provide occupational health advice and guidance for absenteeism, reintegration, and prevention programs.
- Conduct medical assessments.
- Advise both employers and employees on health, recovery, and sustainable employability.
- Investigate factors contributing to absenteeism, such as the work environment, working conditions, workplace safety, psychosocial stress, private circumstances, and any underlying medical issues.
- Support employees with questions regarding recovery, lifestyle, and work-related challenges.
- Collaborate closely with case managers, practice assistants, and other professionals within occupational health services.
- Receive guidance from an experienced occupational physician for discussions, knowledge exchange, and complex case studies.
Profile
- Completed Master's degree in Medicine.
- Valid BIG registration.
- Affinity with occupational health services and interest in occupational medicine.
- Strong communication skills and ability to easily switch between different discussion partners.
- Analytical, engaged, and solution-oriented.
