What you do
Every day, thousands of colleagues work with data for financial flows, project progress, and malfunctions, which converge in one central data provision. You monitor the quality and availability of this data in the data warehouse. Your work is primarily preventive.
- Controlling data consistency, performance, and loading processes of the data warehouse.
- Managing authorizations for onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding of colleagues.
- Guiding system tests, upgrades, and releases of Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Synchronizing data between the central provision and Power BI Report Server.
- Preparing and maintaining compliance documentation and work instructions for information security.
What they ask You easily switch between developers and end-users. You think in solutions, work structured, and proactively address issues. You want to understand the central data provision in detail and quickly learn new things.
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
- Demonstrable work experience with managing a data warehouse or similar central data provision.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, such as incident, change, and release management.
- SQL knowledge: reading and writing queries.
- Familiarity with information security and relevant guidelines.
