An organization is looking for a consultant for a long-term assignment. You will lead projects at the intersection of Learning & Development, performance management, and HR transformation.
What you do
- You manage HR projects from scope definition and business case to implementation and evaluation.
- You determine planning, governance, risks, and success metrics.
- You align with HR leaders and other stakeholders.
- You redesign and implement a performance management approach, focusing on objectives, feedback, and development.
- You support changes in HR processes, roles, and ways of working.
- You report on progress to the HR leadership team.
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in HR project management, HR transformation, organizational development, or consulting.
- Proven experience with Learning & Development projects.
- Experience with process redesign, organizational effectiveness, and change programs.
- You translate strategy into workable solutions.
- You engage stakeholders without formal hierarchical authority.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
