A national healthcare organization faces a significant task in the coming years: further professionalization, growth, and development of national ICT facilities. Therefore, we are looking for an IT Service Manager who enjoys bringing structure, taking responsibility, and ensuring robust ICT service delivery.
What you do
As an IT Service Manager, you combine tactical direction with a practical, hands-on approach. You bring structure, monitor service quality, and ensure that management processes are professionally set up. Your responsibilities include:
- mapping, structuring, and documenting management processes
- managing external IT suppliers and monitoring SLA agreements
- analyzing and following up on incidents and disruptions
- coordinating system changes
- managing contracts, licenses, and IT budgets
- setting up clear quality registration and reports
- identifying bottlenecks and initiating structural improvements
- maintaining the network with regional healthcare institutions and other stakeholders
Additionally, you are the accessible point of contact for regional healthcare institutions regarding national ICT facilities and their management.
Profile
We are looking for a pragmatic and proactive IT professional who enjoys building and improving things. You don't wait for processes to develop on their own but take initiative and know how to bring structure. You are a strong communicator, politically sensitive, and can easily switch between various stakeholders. You have an overview, are decisive, and gain energy from organizing, documenting, and improving. Additionally:
- you function at a minimum of HBO level and have completed an HBO education, for example in Computer Science, Business IT & Management, or Business Informatics
- you preferably have experience with IT service management, contract management, budget monitoring, and external IT suppliers
- you are a true doer with a helicopter view
- you enjoy working network-oriented and easily take on the role of initiator and organizer
- you have an affinity with healthcare; experience within healthcare is a plus
