What you do
- Identify pain points and areas for improvement regarding compliance with applicable laws or standards for clients.
- Advise at various organizational levels (management, IT, operational floor) on solutions, including GRC and management systems.
- Conduct evaluations, controls, and internal audits to establish compliance with applicable standards.
- Act as an all-round sparring partner in the field of compliance.
- Provide internal and external training on GRC and, where possible, other substantive areas.
- Play an important role in the further development of compliance services and knowledge within the organization.
What they ask
- Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), including implementing, maintaining, and testing GRC tools and management systems.
- Experience in areas such as GDPR, AI Act, corporate compliance themes, healthcare (ISO/NEN), or government (BIO/ABDO).
- Relevant work experience (preferably three years or more).
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (both written and spoken).
- Relevant education and/or relevant certifications.
- Good communication skills, collaborative, and able to persuade others to embrace change.
