An organization active in the engineering sector is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
What you will do.
- You are responsible for Talent Acquisition from A to Z.
- You fill technical vacancies, such as white-collar profiles (project managers, technical management profiles/engineers).
- You actively search for suitable technical candidates through various channels.
- You hunt, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and advise hiring managers.
- You guarantee an optimal candidate experience.
- You are the point of contact for hiring managers throughout all phases of the recruitment process.
- You achieve recruitment KPIs and contribute to improvements/optimizations.
Profile
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting, including engineering and technical profiles.
- You are autonomous, responsible, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
