What you will do.
- Provide home care to people, from low to highly complex: short-term, long-term, and palliative care.
- Work with a fixed group of colleagues according to a rotating schedule.
- Care for clients in a warm, loving manner.
- Stimulate clients' self-reliance and personal autonomy.
- Work independently while maintaining contact with colleagues for support when needed.
- Actively contribute ideas for making care even better and more efficient.
What they ask
- Diploma level 2 in care and welfare.
- A completed additional Helpende (Plus) certificate is a plus.
- Willingness to follow an in-company training program for the Helpende Plus part, if desired.
- Collegiate, enthusiastic, and flexible.
- Willingness to work in varying shifts.
