A head supervisor is sought within a multifunctional center.
What you will do. As a head supervisor, you will act as a liaison and coach your teams in consultation with the department coordinator and the department team.
- You will take daily leadership in the living group teams.
- You will focus on good cooperation and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
- You will work with young people in groups aged 7 to 10 and 12 to 18.
- You will actively contribute to appropriate client support, ensuring the living group becomes a safe and familiar place for them and their context.
- You will adjust where necessary and emphasize the importance of quality care.
- You will make employees aware of this and follow up diligently.
- You will be responsible for planning and organizing within your teams and efficiently coordinating operations.
- You will recognize the talents of your employees and create opportunities for further development.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in orthopedagogy.
