As a support worker, you will assist young people and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within a safe and homely environment. You will work both individually and in group settings, primarily during before and after-school hours. You will help them develop social and civic skills, organize activities, and address care needs, always guided by their individual action plan. A living group consists of an average of 12 young people.
You will work within a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, without weekend or night work. You will be assigned to 2 to 3 living groups and support their services. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a warm and safe environment.
