IAM Functional Administrator

You play a crucial role in finalizing the implementation of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution within an academic medical center and ensure optimal support for users and processes. As an IAM Functional Administrator, you are responsible for the functional management and maintenance of our IAM solutions. The implementation project of the IAM solution is in its final phase. You play an important role in this and ensure that the implementation is successfully completed.

Furthermore, much remains to be done, such as the implementation of business roles and the connection of new target applications. In addition, you are ready to answer customer questions and offer appropriate solutions, thinking from the user's perspective.

What you will do.

• Supporting the implementation and rollout of the IAM solution;
• Supporting the implementation of business roles and the connection of new target applications;
• Translating customer questions into solutions within IAM processes and systems;
• Managing, configuring, and optimizing the IAM solution after implementation;
• Advising users and managers on IAM processes and best practices;
• Preparing, testing, and accepting changes in the application;
• Producing and distributing manuals and training material;
• Collaborating with internal and external ICT suppliers to plan releases and improvements;
• Performing access control analyses and audits.

• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level;
• Experience with IAM processes and tools, preferably with a specific IAM solution or comparable systems;
• Affinity with project-based work, with a hands-on and solution-oriented attitude;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly analyze and answer customer questions;
• Accuracy, sense of responsibility, and flexibility in a dynamic environment;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
