Technico Functional Analyst

In collaboration with various teams, you will be responsible for the functional and technical analysis of projects within a technology company.

What you will do.

• Estimate the analysis effort required for projects and features.
• Provide the logical and technical design of IT solutions.
• Describe data flows and application processes.
• Gather and consolidate information across the different components of the system.
• Monitor and test developments.
• Maintain regular communication with both clients and developers.
• Demonstrate expertise in methodologies such as UML, Agile Scrum, and Enterprise Architect.
• Document user stories and changes to existing processes.
• Support the collection and prioritization of business requirements.

What they ask Technical skills.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or have strong technical experience in software development.
• You are familiar with JSON/XML data formats, API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman, WSDL), SOAP/REST, SQL, and HTTP(S) protocols.
• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst.
• You have solid experience in testing activities, particularly in a Test Analyst role.
• You have proven experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
• You are proficient in modeling languages and standards such as UML and BPMN.
• You have good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect (EA) is considered an asset.

Interpersonal skills.

• You demonstrate excellent resilience and are comfortable working on analyses involving complex legacy technologies (mainframe environments), while maintaining a structured and pragmatic approach.
• You possess a strong analytical and critical mindset, with the ability to take a high-level view while diving into details when necessary.
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• You are comfortable facilitating meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
• Solution-oriented, you stay focused on objectives and organize your work effectively to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in French is required, along with a good command of English.
• Knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage.
