You identify opportunities, inspire your team, and ensure that the world of the products comes to life every day. You are regularly on the shop floor and get energy from advising customers. What you do
As Store Manager, you are the driving force behind the store. You create an environment where colleagues feel welcome, dare to take initiative, and enjoy working together. With your coaching approach, you bring out the best in people and ensure that successes are achieved and celebrated together.
- You provide daily leadership to the store team and coach employees in their development
- You create a positive working atmosphere where colleagues can perform at their best
- You motivate the team to achieve and exceed common goals
- You are responsible for the planning, organization, and daily operation of the store
- You identify commercial opportunities and translate them into actions on the shop floor
- You monitor the store's appearance and ensure an optimal brand experience.
Profile
- You have experience in Retail and in a leadership role
- You have a people-oriented and coaching leadership style, where an open attitude is crucial
- You are entrepreneurial, energetic
- You take initiative, dare to make decisions, and take ownership
- You have a hands-on mentality
- You have excellent command of Dutch and good command of English
- Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
