This assignment is for a Business Analyst at an organization in the Brussels region. It is an interesting transformation assignment for a Business Analyst with strong HR experience and a passion for improving how organizations plan their workforce. You will provide support within a large HR planning and workforce transformation program. You will work closely with business stakeholders to map current working methods, critically review existing processes, and collaborate on the future solution.
What you do
- Analyze and document AS-IS processes and business rules
- Define and document TO-BE processes and business rules
- Analyze current HR planning tools and working methods
- Investigate possibilities for the future planning solution and assess whether the current tool is still suitable
- Gather and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Perform impact analyses regarding processes, organization, data
- Collaborate closely with HR and other business stakeholders and dare to critically challenge existing working methods
- Contribute to solutions around: Shift planning and work schedule planning, Holiday and absence planning, Overtime management, Workforce and capacity planning, Cross-departmental planning
- Support testing, validation, and implementation of the future solution
- Contribute to documentation, user guidelines, and change activities
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience within the HR domain
- Demonstrable experience with HR planning / workforce planning
- Experience with analyzing business processes and translating AS-IS to TO-BE
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- Professional knowledge of Dutch and English

- Experience with one or more of the following: Planpoint, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Management / Workforce Planning tools, Shift planning / rostering, Self-scheduling, Capacity planning, Holiday and absence planning
