At an after-school care facility (BSO), the well-being of children is central. After school, children can play outside, participate in creative projects, sports tournaments, or quiet games at the table. You sense what the group needs and create a fun and enriching afternoon together with the children. You are given the space for your own ideas and ensure that children quickly feel at home.
What you do
- Supervise children after school and ensure a safe and pleasant atmosphere
- Devise and guide activities in the field of sports, games, creativity, or specific themes
- Encourage children to try new things and discover their talents
- Work well with colleagues and maintain contact with parents/guardians
What they ask
- A completed education (minimum MBO3, MBO4 or HBO) that qualifies for working in childcare. Even without this qualification, there are possibilities to get in touch
- Be resilient and bring calm and enthusiasm to the group
- Have an eye for what the children need and make every afternoon enjoyable
- Meet at least language requirement 2F
