What you do
- You manage the more complex files from A-Z and review the work of your junior colleagues.
- You determine the strategic framework for various special assignments (formations, status changes, mergers, etc.).
- You are responsible for the final control and, if necessary, make the last adjustments.
- You are responsible for the final balance sheets and annual closing of your clients.
- You take the lead in extensive client discussions; you act as a trusted advisor for clients.
- You are the point of contact for the entrepreneur and advise them on accountancy, taxation, and all kinds of financial and tax optimizations.
- You actively use your experience to contribute to the growth of others.
Profile
- You have several years of experience in accountancy and manage files independently.
- You have a strong tax foundation and proactively think along with clients.
- You gain energy from client contact and coaching colleagues.
- You enjoy working in an environment where professionalism and collegiality go hand in hand.
- You consciously seek a larger office with structure, but without corporate detachment.
- You are a big fan of digitalization and innovation.
- Working with tools and accounting packages, such as Silverfin or Yuki, is not a problem for you.
- Good knowledge of Dutch.
- Required studies: Graduate (higher vocational education); Master; Bachelor.
