Social House Consultant
A Social House Consultant is sought for the Social Domain Implementation team of a municipal organization. You will be the first point of contact for residents with questions across various life areas within the social domain. The goal is to help residents in an accessible and integrated manner, focusing on their own strength, self-direction, and self-reliance. You contribute to the visibility and accessibility of the Social House and to good cooperation between partners.
What you will do.
- Conduct information and advisory discussions with residents
- Perform an integral and broad clarification of questions, taking into account various life areas
- Work with residents to find appropriate and, where possible, self-reliant solutions
- Ensure a proper transfer to executive cooperation partners when additional support is needed
- Manage cooperation with various partners
- Organize and facilitate case-level meetings
- Perform administrative tasks associated with the process
- Act as an ambassador and connecting link for the Social House and its cooperation partners
- Increase the discoverability and awareness of the Social House
- Organize and provide information and networking meetings
- Provide information about the Social House, cooperation partners, and various themes within the social domain to residents and professionals
- Actively engage with outreach locations within the organization
Profile
As a Social House Consultant, you are the first point of contact for residents with questions across various life areas within the social domain. You broadly map the resident's situation and support needs and work with the resident to find appropriate solutions. The resident's own strength, self-direction, and self-reliance, as well as their social network, are central. Where necessary, you ensure a proper transfer to cooperation partners and remain involved in the collaboration.
You are part of the team, participate in internal meetings, and work under the daily guidance of the responsible manager.
What they ask
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO (higher professional education) level in social work
- Demonstrable work experience in conducting information and advisory discussions within the social domain
- Demonstrable work experience with broad, integral question clarification
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience as a consultant within the social domain
Preferences.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a consultant within a medium-sized or small municipal organization (20,000-55,000 inhabitants)
