You will guide customers in an important choice for their home: new windows and doors. You listen, advise, create a tailor-made proposal, and follow up with your customer until the deal is closed. You will join a family team with a beautiful showroom.
What you will do.
- Receive customers in the showroom and visit them at home
- Actively follow up on new leads and create commercial opportunities through your network and local contacts
- Listen to customers' plans and identify their needs
- Advise on windows and doors and translate their wishes into a technically feasible solution
- Prepare tailor-made quotes and discuss them with the customer
- Actively follow up on customers and files from the first contact to the decision
- Negotiate and conclude sales agreements
- Ensure a correct handover to colleagues once the sale is complete
Profile
- At least a first experience in sales
- Strong commercial skills and eager to learn
- Easily makes contact and listens well
- Knows how to build trust with customers
- Thinks commercially and enjoys working towards a sale
- Takes initiative and sees opportunities
- Takes responsibility for customers and files
- Has an interest in living, building
- Enjoys working in a team, but also independently
Practical
- Evening appointments and working on Saturdays are part of this role
- Option for a fixed basic salary with a commission system, company car, daily allowance, pension savings, extra leave days, and extensive training and guidance (as an employee)
