An experienced HR & Communication Team Leader is sought for a government organization. In this temporary assignment, you will guide a team of approximately 20 employees and ensure coherence, prioritization, and progress within both fields.
What you will do.
- For HR, the focus is on the further development of the team and the organization of activities.
- Contribute to strategic HR issues and investigate how the HR function can be made future-proof.
- Advise on working methods, task distribution, responsibilities, and the further professionalization of processes.
- For Communication, the emphasis is on continuity, progress, and acting as a point of contact.
- Maintain an overview, bring issues to attention in a timely manner, and, where necessary, handle complex or substantive files yourself.
- Form an important link between the team, management, and the board.
- Represent HR and Communication, advise on substantive and organizational issues.
- Easily switch between different levels and interests.
Profile
- Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
- At least 3 years of recent experience in a coordinating, managing, and/or leadership role.
- At least 3 years of recent work experience within HR.
- Preferably leadership or coordinating experience within HR and/or Communication.
- Experience within a government organization is a plus.
- Experience with strategic HR advisory to management.
- Experience with developing, improving, and implementing HR processes and working methods.
- Experience with team development, organizational development, and/or change projects within HR.
- You are connecting, organizationally sensitive, analytical, and strong in communication.
