What you do
As a Project Leader Social Domain, you will work on projects within areas such as Youth, Wmo (Social Support Act), Participation, social development, access, regional cooperation, or policy implementation. You will provide structure, make agreements concrete, and ensure that policy, implementation, and partners move in the same direction. You will monitor planning, progress, quality, risks, support, and feasibility. Your tasks include:
- Leading and coordinating projects within the social domain
- Translating societal challenges into concrete project goals and actions
- Drawing up and monitoring planning, results, risks
- Connecting policy, implementation, management, and external partners
- Managing project teams, working groups
- Preparing administrative decision-making and advice
- Guiding implementation and change processes
- Discussing bottlenecks, interests
- Monitoring progress, quality
- Securing project results within the line organization
Profile
You know that a good project plan is only valuable if people know what they need to do and the change truly lands. You are structured, connecting, and results-oriented. You understand the substantive and administrative context of the social domain and know how important it is to bring implementation, policy, citizen perspective, and decision-making together effectively. You bring:
- HBO or university level of work and thinking
- Experience within the social domain, for example Youth, Wmo, Participation, social development
- Experience as a project leader, project coordinator, policy advisor, program employee, process manager, or similar role
- Knowledge of municipal processes or public organizations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with project-based work, implementation, or change processes
- Ability to connect stakeholders and discuss interests
- Political-administrative sensitivity, or the ambition to develop further in this area
- The motivation to visibly advance social projects
If you have extensive experience as a project leader or program manager, assignments with more complexity, administrative dynamics, governance, and change challenges are available. If you are an experienced project coordinator, policy advisor, or program employee with demonstrable project experience, assignments are available where you can grow into independent project leadership, with appropriate guidance.
