Business Controller

An organization in the beauty and innovation sector is looking for a Business Controller to lead financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with the management team to drive growth and efficiency in global operations.

What you will do.

• Take the lead in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process of the Pack business, delivering actionable insights.
• Dive deep into income statements and take the lead in improving budgeting, forecasting, and business ratings.
• Perform comprehensive profitability, working capital, and cash flow analysis to inform the management team of financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Build strong partnerships within the organization, supporting Sales, Project, and Supply Chain teams with expert financial analysis, planning support, and performance reporting.
• Guide and train line managers and department heads in financial management, fostering a culture of financial awareness.
• Drive continuous improvements in key processes, particularly within BI tools and ERP applications, and work closely with IT and business leaders to implement these tools and educate users.

What they ask

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business or Finance Controller in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, and the importance and drivers of working capital management.
• Strong in analyzing numbers and proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• An eye for detail and ensuring all financial matters are accurate.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly explain complex financial information to various stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid experience with ERP systems (preferably Netsuite), BI tools, and advanced Excel skills.
• Proactive and collaboration-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships within the organization and promote a culture of financial awareness.
