As a cost expert, you are the financial linchpin within various construction projects. You are responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, monitoring budgets, and advising project teams on financial aspects. Your expertise ensures that projects are realized within the set frameworks and that any deviations are identified and corrected in a timely manner. You work closely with project leaders, executors, and calculators to achieve the best financial results.

What they ask
- Minimum of 6 to 10 years of demonstrable experience as a cost expert in the construction sector
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, preferably in civil engineering or technical business administration
- Excellent knowledge of cost control, calculation, and contract management
- Experience with common software packages such as Excel and project management systems
- Fluent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
