What you do
- Responsible for building and maintaining a network of interesting candidates
- Recruiting experienced specialists for client staffing requests
- Recruitment and selection of qualified candidates within the spatial domain through:
- Building and maintaining a strong network of professionals within the spatial and social domain
- Developing and implementing a strategic long-term recruitment plan
- Actively searching for and approaching candidates through various channels
- Conducting in-depth introductory interviews and selecting the right professionals
- Negotiating terms and preparing resumes for presentation to clients
- Contributing to employer branding and strengthening market visibility
- This includes the recruitment of both independent professionals and new advisors and project leaders on a permanent contract (secondment)
What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Recruitment experience, preferably gained within a secondment organization
- Affinity with the physical living environment and/or the social domain
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Experience with MS Office
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Interest in developing and advancing the organization
- Energized by direct collaboration with colleagues and enjoys being present in the office
