From 2027, several municipalities will formally join forces, and a regional organization will become responsible for the implementation of youth care for these municipalities. This is to collectively build on improving the availability, higher quality, and sustainable affordability of youth care in the region concerned. The organization is under development, which offers room for input and initiative. In the initial phase, a good division of roles and tasks and effective work processes are sought.
This dynamic also brings challenges, requiring flexibility, coordination, and the ability to collaboratively seek solutions.
What you will do. As a contract manager, you will work at the intersection of contract management, policy, finance, and regional cooperation. You will have ample opportunity to work with colleagues and care providers to build a future-proof youth care system. You will work on complex provider and contract issues where content, finance, continuity, and administrative interests converge.
- You are responsible for one or more regional youth care contracts and maintain relationships with care providers.
- You conduct contract, development, and administrative discussions and focus on the quality, accessibility, availability, affordability, and continuity of care.
- You analyze financial and substantive developments and advise management, directors, and the board on opportunities, risks, and possible solutions.
- You work data-driven and use KPIs, dashboards, and financial analyses to monitor the execution of contracts.
- You combine contract management with leading regional development initiatives that arise from contract practice. From the practice of contracts, you identify opportunities for improvement and translate these into concrete projects that contribute to the further development of regional youth care.
