Project Supervisor

• You are the point of contact for clients and colleagues during the preparation and realization phases of projects.
• You ensure that everyone can start and continue working.
• You supervise the execution of work according to the contract, with quality and safety as guiding principles.
• You are involved in purchasing and planning of personnel and transport.
• You consult with the contractors and/or work planners of the client.
• You create work plans for operational personnel and provide the associated instructions.
• You order the necessary products on site.
• You manage emails and prepare deviations and additional/reduced work statements.
• You monitor health and safety legislation.

What they ask

• Minimum MBO+ (vocational education) work and thinking level, for example, with a background in civil engineering, logistics, or similar.
• Preferably supplemented with several years of relevant work experience in a project organization.
• Knowledge of prestressing technology is a plus, but certainly not a must.
• Good command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
• You are a strong communicator and dare to take responsibility.
• You enjoy variety and know how to keep a cool head when work pressure increases.
• You are flexible and a true team player.
• You have organizational talent, work structured, and ensure that plans are converted into actions.
