Clinical Psychologist DBT

Since early 2024, a specialized care institution has been offering a partially outpatient and partially clinical treatment program for patients who – in addition to (complex) PTSD – have developed destructive behavior that hinders outpatient trauma treatment. For this target group, an innovative Dialectical Behavior and Trauma Therapy (DBTT) program has been developed.
What you do
- You manage intake, diagnostics, and indication setting, and bear final responsibility for treatment plans in complex and highly complex issues.
- You act as the primary therapist and perform specialized treatments, including crisis intervention and risk assessment.
- You manage multidisciplinary treatment trajectories, monitor the quality and coherence of care, and coordinate with internal and external chain partners.
- You actively contribute to policy development, quality improvement, and the implementation of innovative treatment programs.
- You initiate, translate, and implement scientific insights into practice and contribute to the further development of the field.
- You fulfill an expert role through consultation, supervision, and training, and contribute to the professional development of professionals.
Profile
- You are a registered Clinical Psychologist.
- You have experience with the diagnosis and treatment of (complex) PTSD (EMDR, IE, and/or NET).
- You enjoy working with severely traumatized patients with PTSD, emotion regulation problems, and destructive behavior.
- You have knowledge of or wish to delve into Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- You have experience with psychotrauma and working in a multidisciplinary team.
- You preferably have experience in clinical work.
- You can analyze complex individual, systemic, and group problems.
- You are keen to contribute to treatment policy and innovation.
- You are communicative, flexible, and stress-resistant.
