A QMS Specialist is sought to strengthen an organization within a Quality team. The focus is on the daily management and follow-up of the Quality Management System (QMS), with a strong emphasis on documentation, audits, and quality processes. You will work in an environment where structure and accuracy are important. This role is not about leading large projects from start to finish, but rather ensuring that the QMS remains up-to-date, audits are well-prepared, and actions are correctly followed up.
What you will do.
- Support the Quality team in maintaining and following up on the QMS.
- Monitor and keep the Quality Management System up-to-date.
- Prepare and follow up on Management reviews.
- Be responsible for the follow-up of IFS.
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on internal audits.
- Co-monitor actions and improvement points from audits.
- Manage and update quality documentation and procedures.
- Draw up planning and retro-planning for audits.
- Ensure that the necessary documentation is available on time and correctly.
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders regarding quality and documentation.
- Contribute to smaller improvement initiatives within the QMS.

Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or scientific field.

- Experience with documentation, procedures, and administrative follow-up.
- Structured and accurate way of working.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, with a good knowledge of French.
- Quickly available.
- Junior profiles with quality experience are also encouraged to apply.
