As a night shift supervisor, you maintain peace, keep an overview, and are ready when clients need you. You work in an environment where intensive treatment and recovery-oriented work come together.
What you do
- Maintain peace, safety, and structure in the department
- Be the point of contact for clients who are awake or experiencing restlessness
- Offer support; from a listening ear to practical care
- Perform interventions, such as administering medication
- Respond to crisis situations and collaborate with care security and the ANW head, among others
Profile
- You are alert, independent
- You can adapt well to unexpected situations
- Remain calm during tension or escalation
- Know when to set boundaries and when to connect
- Enjoy working collaboratively and are open to feedback
What they ask
- MBO or HBO diploma (Social Work, SPH, or similar)
- BHV certificate or willingness to obtain it
- Affinity with psychiatry (experience is a plus)
