What you do

UX Design:

  • Generate and translate ideas into concrete proposals.
  • Create wireframes and clickable prototypes to make concepts tangible.
  • Validate concepts and test prototypes with end users.
  • Translate research findings into concrete recommendations to improve user convenience.
  • Support colleagues in converting validated concepts into production-ready solutions.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the development team regarding implementation.
  • Consider the needs of users with long-term, temporary, situational, or changing limitations at every stage.

UX Research:

  • Gather data and insights.
  • Work closely with the UI Designer, data analyst, Product Owner, and development team to understand user needs and stakeholder requirements.
  • Organize and moderate user interviews and co-creation workshops for both generative and evaluative research.
  • Design online surveys and analyze the results.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Intelligence team to map user behavior.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present insights in a clear and substantiated manner.
  • Develop inclusive personas and user journeys.
  • Show curiosity about the entire product experience.
  • Set priorities based on team and organizational objectives.

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Research and Design.
  • Experience in conducting user research and facilitating ideation workshops.
  • Practical knowledge of inclusive design for users with disabilities, with the ability to apply these principles.
  • Data-driven approach: UX decisions are based on data and user research, with pragmatic implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools, preferably Figma.
  • Experience in an an agile work environment.
  • Experience with functional analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
  • Knowledge of UX copywriting and strong writing skills are a plus.
