What you do

Generate and translate ideas into concrete proposals.
Create wireframes and clickable prototypes to make concepts tangible.
Validate concepts and test prototypes with end users.
Translate research findings into concrete recommendations to improve user convenience.
Support colleagues in converting validated concepts into production-ready solutions.
Provide constructive feedback to the development team regarding implementation.
Consider the needs of users with long-term, temporary, situational, or changing limitations at every stage.

Gather data and insights.
Work closely with the UI Designer, data analyst, Product Owner, and development team to understand user needs and stakeholder requirements.
Organize and moderate user interviews and co-creation workshops for both generative and evaluative research.
Design online surveys and analyze the results.
Collaborate with the Data & Intelligence team to map user behavior.
Analyze, interpret, and present insights in a clear and substantiated manner.
Develop inclusive personas and user journeys.
Show curiosity about the entire product experience.
Set priorities based on team and organizational objectives.

Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Research and Design.
Experience in conducting user research and facilitating ideation workshops.
Practical knowledge of inclusive design for users with disabilities, with the ability to apply these principles.
Data-driven approach: UX decisions are based on data and user research, with pragmatic implementation.
Hands-on experience with design tools, preferably Figma.
Experience in an an agile work environment.
Experience with functional analysis.
Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
Knowledge of UX copywriting and strong writing skills are a plus.
