What you do
- Responsible for occupational health advice and guidance for employees and employers regarding absenteeism, reintegration, and preventive issues
- Performing medical assessments
- Investigating factors influencing employee health and employability (medical situation, working conditions, lifestyle, psychosocial stress, and private factors)
- Developing clear and substantiated advice contributing to recovery, sustainable employability, and successful reintegration
- Thinking in possibilities, encouraging self-management, and supporting employees in taking appropriate steps towards resuming work
- Working under the supervision of an experienced occupational physician
- Being part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborating intensively with case managers and practice assistants
Profile
- Completed Master's degree in Medicine
- Valid BIG registration
- Affinity with occupational health services and/or occupational medicine
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Analytical, committed, and solution-oriented thinking
