You will work together with policy advisors, procurement professionals, contract administrators, and other stakeholders from multiple organizations in the region. You will combine analysis with advice and ensure that complex information is translated into clear and administratively usable proposals.
Profile
- HBO or university level of work and thinking
- Experience as a contract manager, supplier manager, or similar role within the social domain
- Preferably experience with specialized youth care and knowledge of key developments within the Youth Act
- Experience with municipal procurement, tenders, and/or drafting procurement or contract documents
- Knowledge of implementation practice within the social domain, for example regarding message traffic, product codes, invoicing, and contract management
- Experience with regional collaboration and bringing together different interests
Preferences.
- Previously contributed to a procurement or tendering process within youth care that actually led to contracting
