Project Leader

• Take full responsibility for project follow-up, from execution plan to final delivery.
• Translate designs into concrete and executable plans.
• Draw up project planning and monitor budgets and deadlines.
• Assemble the execution team and coordinate collaboration with production, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Organize site meetings and be responsible for reporting.
• Closely monitor sites and activities and manage the involved parties.
• Proactively keep clients informed of the progress of their project.
• Oversee the quality of execution and ensure the project is realized according to the agreed design, budget, and planning.
• Contribute to improvements and take initiative when challenges arise.

What they ask

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Leader, Site Manager, or Project Manager within the construction, interior design, or finishing sector.
• Effortlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong in planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
• Communicate smoothly with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues.
• Able to motivate people.
• Think ahead and anticipate problems rather than just solving them.
• Remain calm when the schedule is under pressure.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive.
• Proficient with Office.
• Experience with Navision is a plus.

• Fluent in Dutch.
• Basic skills in English and French are a plus.
