A government organization is looking for an experienced Business Architect in the role of Solution Architect within the Customer Interaction Services domain. This department is responsible for supporting the customer journey, such as customer registration and handling/supporting various customer channels. A project is underway to replace the current CRM system, which is based on an older ERP solution and includes sales order management and invoicing.
A tender recently concluded, and the award was given to an implementation partner offering a modern cloud-based CRM solution. The Business Architect is specifically asked to work on outstanding issues and translate requirements into solution architectures, such as integration and connection of services.

- Academic working and thinking level in the field of informatics, obtained through a completed HBO/WO education
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role within the Customer Interaction domain
- Demonstrable experience with modern CRM applications and their implementation in a service-oriented organization
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of architecture
- Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience with developing and implementing solution and domain architectures
- Minimum 5 years of documentation experience, for example with technical architecture design, developing domain and solution architecture, and functional and technical design
