What you will do.
- Tackle cross-organizational files
- Provide solid legal advice
- Independently draft or revise legal products
- Contribute to administrative decision-making
- Contribute to municipal regulations (ordinances, regulations and policies, agreements, and customized decisions)
- Represent the organization in and out of court where necessary
- Collaborate with in-house lawyers
Profile
- Experienced legal professional with a university level of work and thinking
- Solid administrative law background
- Knowledge and experience with private law
- Politically sensitive and experience within a government organization
- Shows ownership, is results-oriented, and knows how to set priorities
- Team player
- Able to express your own point of view while considering the interests around you

- Completed university bachelor's degree in a legal field
- Minimum of five years of work experience as a strategic legal advisor/general lawyer at a government organization
- Experience working in both administrative law and private law
Preferences.
- Minimum of ten years of work experience as a strategic legal advisor/general lawyer at a government organization
- Experience working with public procurement law at a government organization
- Experience with European law, including state aid law
