What you do
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of (colleagues in training to become) clinical (neuro)psychologists, GZ psychologists, master psychologists, sexologists, and psychomotor therapists. Weekly multidisciplinary consultations and intervision sessions are held with them to coordinate care effectively, support each other, and maintain focus on the dynamics and effectiveness of the treatment. In your role, you will be involved in:
- Providing individual and group psychotherapy to patients with severe and complex psychiatric problems.
- Providing work supervision, supervision, and/or practical guidance for GZ psychologists in training to become Specialists (GioS) or psychologists in training to become GZ psychologists (PioG).
- Participating in multidisciplinary consultation structures and providing knowledge transfer and education in your field of expertise to colleagues, patients, and third parties.
- Fulfilling a supportive role towards the treatment teams and striving for an optimal balance between space for the patient to develop and control for safety both within and outside the clinic.
- Contributing to innovation in the field of treatment.
Profile
You are a BIG-registered Clinical Psychologist or Psychotherapist. You enjoy applying your knowledge and experience multidisciplinarily and contributing to a shared and safe living, working, and treatment environment. Furthermore:
- You have experience with complex (personality) issues.
- You have knowledge and experience with SFT and/or EMDR and any other treatment modalities.
- You preferably have completed registrations with one or more psychotherapy associations.
- You are flexible, independent, and have an innovative, curious attitude.
