Utilize your expertise to support clients of a clinical recovery department in their recovery and simultaneously learn more about psychiatry. There is a place for an eager ANIOS (non-specialist doctor). In the role of basic doctor, you provide treatment for clients with various psychiatric conditions using diverse recovery-oriented treatment strategies. You will establish indications, perform diagnostic activities, and develop a treatment plan together with the client.
You coordinate this in collaboration with the psychiatrist and general practitioner. The Clinical Recovery department offers tailored care and guidance to 55 clients and has one guest bed for short-term care needs. There are various forms of stay, from intensive to less intensive, such as a ward with 24/7 care, residential groups, and independent apartments.
The clinic operates based on the ART methodology, and the team consists of nurses, all-round supervisors, ANIOS, basic psychologist, GZ psychologist, social worker, nursing specialist, case managers, and peer experts.
What you do
- Conduct admission interviews, follow-up interviews, and provide somatic care
- Maintain contact with chain partners
- Adjust client medication
- Be the point of contact for the client and various disciplines
- Perform diagnostics and develop a treatment plan
- Take part in ANIOS education
- Have the opportunity to observe and learn about various psychotherapeutic treatments
