What you will do. As a financial sparring partner in area development, you will monitor the feasibility of projects and actively contribute to the organization's direction. Your activities include:
- Drawing up and monitoring financial frameworks for inner-city development projects.
- Assessing business cases and land exploitations.
- Conducting discussions and negotiations with market parties.
- Performing risk analyses and advising on financial scenarios.
- Advising project leaders, management, and administration on financial and strategic choices.
- Linking financial steering to the implementation strategy of projects.
