You will manage a team of around 5 people.
- You will work within a highly technical, engineering-focused environment.
- You will oversee sourcing, purchasing, supply, warehouse, and quality.
- You will work closely with suppliers and engineers to ensure quality, availability, cost, and delivery.
What you do
- Lead a 5-person supply & quality team.
- Manage sourcing, purchasing, and key supplier relationships.
- Work closely with engineers on technical requirements and suppliers.
- Oversee warehouse/supply operations and supplier performance.
- Manage quality, cost, and delivery issues.
- Support supplier negotiations, contracts, and legal discussions.
- Improve supply and procurement processes using ERP systems.
What they ask
- Strong sourcing/procurement/supply chain experience.
- Background in electronics or engineering; electronics engineering experience is highly desirable.
- Experience managing suppliers and leading a team.
- Comfortable working with both engineers and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience with Odoo and/or Microsoft Dynamics advantageous.
- Hands-on, proactive, and motivated by a technically complex environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
