This role is within a public defense organization, specifically within an air combat command. You will be responsible for the daily management and projects of defense real estate and infrastructure. You will serve as the first point of contact for (urgent) disruptions affecting flight operations and take the lead in resolving them as quickly as possible.
Furthermore, you will act as the connecting link between a national real estate agency and the base users, contributing to discussions on infrastructural challenges. You will support the department with administrative tasks and process requests. As a civilian employee, you will be given the space and responsibility to plan and execute a significant part of your work independently.

What they ask
- Minimum MBO-4 or HBO degree (preferably in Architecture or Civil Engineering)
- Affinity with technical work
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Ability to organize well, think analytically, and remain effective and focused in stressful situations
- Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written
Practical
- A mandatory security screening and reference check are part of the selection procedure
- You must take the oath or promise for civilian employees of the organization
- You must have Dutch nationality
