What you do
Your activities will be tailored to your experience, expertise, and interests. The organization offers various insurance medical services, including independent assessments of medical limitations, possibilities, and work capacity of employees. A report in accordance with applicable guidelines, including a Functional Capabilities List, can be drawn up. Depending on your preferences, you may be involved in:
- Performing Insurance Medical Examinations (VGO)
- Drawing up insurance medical reports and Functional Capabilities Lists (FML)
- Conducting FML consultations and work capacity assessments
- Assessing complex medical and insurance medical files
- Advising on long-term or complex absenteeism
- Assessments related to social security legislation and reintegration issues
- Advising on stagnation within reintegration processes
- Medical file research
- Insurance medical support within social security legislation
- Collegial consultation with occupational physicians and other professionals
Profile
- You are a BIG-registered insurance physician
- You can independently perform insurance medical assessments
- You have experience in assessing work capacity and employment possibilities
- You can clearly substantiate and report your medical judgment
- You enjoy working independently and organizing your own schedule
- You are open to collaboration and collegial consultation
- You want to have influence on the content and design of your role
