As a site manager, you are central to the successful realization of retail construction projects for an experienced contractor in retail construction. You are responsible for daily management, ensuring planning, quality, and safety. You work intensively with various parties and have the opportunity to leave your mark on challenging retail projects. What you will do.
- Manage subcontractors and own employees on the construction site
- Monitor planning, budget, and quality during execution
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and other involved parties
- Solve execution issues and technical challenges
- Report on progress to the project leader and management

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a site manager in construction, preferably in utility construction or retail projects
- Completed MBO or HBO education in construction
- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety requirements
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
