- Contribute to inter-provincial collaborations with information and archive professionals.
- Help colleagues with complex information management issues.
- Manage and develop the implementation framework of a quality system for information management.
- Contribute to an organization where information remains sustainably accessible and of good quality.
Profile
You are analytical, meticulous, and quickly see the connection between information management and business processes. You translate complex issues into clear, practical solutions and know how to connect different interests. You enjoy collaborating, take initiative, and dare to ask critical questions. At the same time, you work independently, maintain an overview, and take responsibility for your own work.
You are results-oriented and follow developments in the field with interest, translating them into opportunities for the organization.
What they ask
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in information management, information science, or a comparable field.
- Knowledge of or interest in information management and related laws and regulations, such as the Archives Act.
- Interest in improving processes and the quality of information management.
Nice to have.
- Experience within a public sector organization or another complex organization.
- Experience with record management or document management.
- Experience with data analysis and using quality information to implement improvements.
