Tactical Buyer

As a Tactical Buyer at a procurement center, you are the driving force behind complex procurement processes and European tenders. In a dynamic, project-based environment, you get the freedom and autonomy to manage your procurement files from start to finish. You proactively take initiative and remain sharp and integral, even under pressure. You work closely in multidisciplinary teams and are a true connector.

What you will do.

• Lead complex (European) tenders and carefully prepare all associated tender documents.
• Guide procurement processes that fall within the scope of the general government procurement conditions (ARV).
• Advise and persuade by professionally and successfully defending internal interests in discussions.
• Flexibly participate in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating smoothly with colleagues from various fields to achieve common goals.
• Actively and accurately use ERP systems for daily activities.

What they ask

• A relevant, completed HBO education, strongly supplemented with NEVI Professional and NEVI Expert diplomas (or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience in European tenders and the preparation of associated tender documents.
• Knowledge of and experience working according to the general government procurement conditions.
• Demonstrable experience with project-based work.
• Used to working with ERP systems and effortlessly integrating them into your work processes.
• As a person, you are flexible, stress-resistant, and integral.
• Proactive and excellent at collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, helping you to clearly argue your viewpoints.
