You will work in a modern residential facility where warm care is central for elderly people with an intellectual disability. The facility is still relatively new and offers a pleasant, contemporary living environment. The building consists of three residential floors and has its own space for day activities. Modern tools such as care home automation, DigiContact, and online medication management are used to free up more time for personal attention.
You will join a fixed and committed team where colleagues help and learn from each other.
What you do
- You guide elderly residents with an intellectual disability in their daily lives.
- You provide support where necessary for daily care and ADL (Activities of Daily Living).
- You encourage residents to remain as independent as possible.
- You offer peace, structure, and a safe living environment.
- You identify changes in health or behavior and discuss these with colleagues.
- You collaborate with family, therapists, and other disciplines.
- You contribute to a pleasant day and beautiful moments for every resident.
