As an Operations Team Leader, you will lead a team of approximately 50 employees and ensure that operational processes function optimally. You will bring structure, stimulate collaboration, initiate innovation, and translate changes into daily practice. You will be at the forefront of an important development within a waste and raw materials management organization: the transition from waste to raw materials and the further sustainability of the chain, including increasing attention to energy and circular issues.
You will be ultimately responsible for the management, coordination, and quality of activities within the teams. You will provide direction and priorities, ensure coherence, and drive results. Execution will be handled by colleagues within the team, while you facilitate, connect, and adjust where necessary. You will be responsible for the daily management and continuous development of the teams working in the recycling centers, transport, processing, and the weighbridge.
You will be involved in both operational management and tactical advice to management. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of activities and contribute to the further professionalization of processes, collaboration, and services. The organization works daily to create a clean and pleasant living environment. For eight municipalities, they provide waste and raw materials management and maintain public spaces.
