Talent Sourcer
As a talent sourcer at an HR service provider, you step into a role where autonomy and personal growth are the absolute foundation. Within the Talent Center, you will search for technical profiles, such as operators, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers.
What you do
- You identify and approach technical talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
- You conduct extensive intake and career interviews to uncover candidates' wishes, talents
- You prepare representative proposal profiles for the consultants
- You coordinate twice a week with the local technical teams to clarify recruitment needs
- You autonomously plan and manage your daily recruitment activities
As a talent sourcer, you know how to effectively use innovative search techniques to approach candidates who remain invisible to others. You conduct thorough intake and career interviews where the candidate's wishes are central and, based on that, create a strong profile. Weekly, you deliver approximately 5 qualitative candidates to the regional consultants, with whom you collaborate intensively. Subsequently, the consultants present your candidates to at least 5 different clients.
You work talent-driven and develop a recruitment strategy.
Profile
As a starting professional, you thrive when given the trust and control to organize your own day. You are results-oriented, enjoy working independently, and know how to make precisely the right match for technical talent by actively building relationships.
- Minimum MBO 4 diploma and HBO working and thinking level
- 1 to 2 years of search/sourcing experience in recruitment or active recruitment (e.g., via LinkedIn)
- Good command of the Dutch language (minimum B2 level)
- Independent, proactive, and able to manage your own agenda
- Willingness to travel regionally (public transport is also fine)
