In this temporary project assignment, you will be responsible for a defined portfolio of absence files. You will analyze bottlenecks, monitor legal deadlines, and develop targeted interventions to promote reintegration. You will work closely with managers, employees, the occupational health service, and external experts. You will independently determine your approach and deliver concrete, transferable results.

What you will do.
- Perform a baseline measurement and analyze the assigned absence files.
- Monitor legal deadlines and compliance with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).
- Identify risks and advise on appropriate reintegration interventions.
- Coordinate with managers, employees, occupational health service, and external specialists.
- Improve absence processes and develop practical proposals for the absence protocol.
- Advise on sustainable employability and reducing absence.
- Periodically report on progress, risks, and achieved project results.
- Provide a complete final report and transfer files and improvement recommendations.
What they ask
- A completed Casemanager Absence Management (CROV) education.
- A completed HRM or similar education.
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience as a case manager and HR advisor with complex absence and reintegration issues.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter), labor law, and social security.
- Experience with independent projects, process improvement, and meticulous file management.
- Knowledge of sustainable employability and inflow, throughflow, and outflow issues.
- Experience within a public organization.
- Strong analytical and communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
