A public broadcasting organization is looking to expand its group of producers. They are immediately seeking an experienced producer who thinks along creatively and possesses strong organizational skills. You will make an indispensable contribution to various productions.
What you do
- Produce various productions from initial idea to final evaluation, regardless of the platform. This includes documentaries, TV, radio, online, social channels, or podcasts.
- Create budgets and schedules.
- Manage budgets.
- Draft contracts.
- Prepare (international) travel.
- Book crews.
- Clear fragments.
- Supervise the post-production process.
- Ensure publication and logging.
- Monitor factual progress on main lines without overlooking relevant details.
- Maintain an overview in situations where unforeseen circumstances regularly occur.
- Set the right priorities.
- Potentially manage assistant producers and provide clear instructions.
- Liaise quickly and effectively between internal and external parties and involve the right colleagues from various disciplines/departments in productions.
What they ask
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience as a media producer.
- Good command of the Dutch language (written and spoken).
- A positive and proactive approach that thinks along creatively.
- Strong organizational skills.
